- Strengthen linkages with the government, LGUs, NGOs, media and other private CSR partners in the Philippines and internationally for capacity-building, funding, provision of water and wastewater services, etc.
- Partner with various community based organizations and agencies to give access to water to low-income households
- Form/organize communities to enable them to have water service connection that they can manage/sustain efficiently.
- Provide water to schools, hospitals, markets, schools. It also aims to give water to victims of disasters, events for various causes and to pro-poor caravans of the government through linkages with various agencies
